The free FOCUS Forum on March 19 featured discussion of the Blueprint 15 plan for housing and mixed use redevelopment in the East Adams neighborhood bordered by I-81. That virtual Forum is now on video at the link above.
Forum panelists explained some of the process in the reimagining of the neighborhood just south of Downtown Syracuse. They are Blueprint 15 Board Chair and Syracuse Deputy Mayor Sharon Owens, Purpose Built Communities Vice President Mikki Anderson, Syracuse Housing Authority Executive Director William Simmons, and Blueprint 15 Interim CEO Stephanie Pasquale, who also is Director of Neighborhood Advancement for the Allyn Family Foundation.
